I work third shift 5 days a week off 2. My weigh in day is Saturday. So would I weigh in at night or in the morning?

Generally in the morning (or in your case when you wake up
) is the best time to do so.

Lol I work 3rd shift as well. My shift starts at 1130 and ends at 730 so that basically is my "morning" I usually weigh myself about an hour or 2 before work. I eat breakfast either before my shift or when I get to work. Lunch at about 2 am and dinner at around 8 am after work. With snacks in between. Honestly it also depends on your sleep schedule. Practicing the complete opposite schedule for 23 years sometime's makes sleep consistency difficult. But if I manage to fall asleep between 9am-12noon I sleep 9 hours max and workout when I wake up. I've learned to NEVER workout after work before bed because I can never manage to fall asleep.0

Yeah, your best bet is to weigh in when you wake up. Third shifters unite.0
