I'm back!

I'm a 32 year old mom of three from Ohio. I used MFP (in addition to a lower carb diet and exercising 5+ x /wk) in 2013 and went from my personal highest weight, 257#, to 198#! I was elated! It was the lowest my weight had been since having my first child 5 yrs prior.
Some time after losing the weight, life happened and slowly, I fell off the wagon. Over the course of a year, my weight crept back up to 208. Then i got pregnant (yay! but......I always gain a ridiculous amt of weight while pregnant lol). Immediately after having my third in Dec, I was 238#. Came down to 233# when I returned to work 2 wks ago. I started trying to make some changes in my diet, by cutting back on sweets (my kryptonite!) and by being more mindful of portion sizes, about a week ago. Since then, I've lost 7#!
And that brings us to where we are now.
I log in every day, record food religiously, and promise to offer motivation to anyone who wants to add me!

Welcome back! Sweets are my Kryptonite too...I totally cut out sugar 1/1 after going freaking crazy in December. It felt good to get it back under control. I'm now adding it back in very slowly (and staying under my calories). I'll have a piece of chocolate at the end of the day or a few chocolate chips...whatever the day allows. Congratulations on the 7lbs start!1
