You need to have a plan.
What are your Macros now?1 -
Generally a main factor is eating more in most cases, but not all. You may have to use the shocking technique of shocking and waking up your muscles by confusing your body that you've conditioned and put through a program.

Muscles can sleep???0 -
Thanks guys for suggestions.
I have a big issue. I hardly get time to have breakfast, due to tight office schedule so can't afford to prepare any food for multiple time eating.
Any suggestions for package food which gives me more fats?0 -

A jar of peanut butter?
If you don't have time to eat, drink your calories instead. Smoothies made with protein, fruit and vegetables, and fats can easily add hundreds of calories, and something you sip at continuously.2 -

Your body doesn't need to be confused. If you want muscle growth, you need adequate calories to get in a surplus and progressive overload, which is the stimulus for your muscles.slshaileshlokare wrote: »Thanks guys for suggestions.

I would pick up some high calorie protein bars, pack some nuts, avocado, high sugar fruits and veggies, and beef jerky. You can also make some protein snacks (like muffins, cookies, etc) that don't need to be refrigerated. And than when you are home, you can eat higher calorie foods and some chocolate milk.1 -
Shocking and confusing your muscles is liable to make you fall over.0
