Weight loss and exercise

Hi all I'm stuck at losing the last few pounds to my target weight I'm exercising every day and eating 12 to 1400 calories a day up to date I've lost 39lbs please help x

    The last few pounds are tough and your logging needs to be practically perfect. You need to be using your food scale for all solids, measuring cups/spoons for all liquids. Use accurate entries. Be careful with the exercise calories. Use the recipe builder. Log everything you consume.

    Have you increased your exercising? Or have you been exercising daily all along? A change in your exercise could cause water retention.
