After 2and a half years i am back to where i started! Any tips and support most welcome! Hi All

    Welcome back!

    My advice is stay the coarse. Slow and steady wins this race. Don't do a crash diet and loose a bunch fast. Take it slow and schedule like 1 lbs a week. Set a lot of small goals no matter how silly the sound, because checking a bunch of small goals can make that big long term one seem easier.
