Workout split for Fat loss/maintain muscle

What's a the best programme/split for burning fat/maintaining muscle ?? Im male 5'8 232lbs looking to drop 50lbs I workout at home. I have a squat rack, bench, barbell & dumbells.

Fat loss is strictly from a calorie deficit, not from the type of strength program you do. I believe someone else told you this already.
Why not do SL5x5 due to its simplicity. Post an update after a month.2 -
