What is driving you to stick with your diet?

Something as simple as learning how hard I have to exercise to work off the number of calories I eat in something like a piece of candy or something like that. If a piece of candy has over 200 calories, I need to spend 20 minutes on the treadmill doing intervals to work that off! It is totally not worth it!0

So I was talking to my son-in-law and we challenged each other to lose weight. If I lose I cannot go to the casino. If he loses he has to put his mother on speed dial and call her twice a week plus no going to the movies. The competition really seems to be helping me. I am committed to not losing and making my 180 pound goal by the end of January 2018. What is driving you to stick with your diet?
Competitions are great for pushing you to stick to a goal. I always set mini-goals for myself. Currently, I want to stay on track so I look like a super star on the beach in Saint Lucia (while also maintaining my PR's for lifts).0 -
Wow thank you for the inspiration!0
