My Opti-Woman vitamins are nearly done and new more vitamins but looking for good gummies, any good ones less the sugar content? Please post the vitamins/omega brands

I am a woman and I don't take any supplements. I suggest you talk to your doctor (after proper testing) before you take supplements. If you don't need them, they're useless.0
