Whether it be weight lost, measurements, calories burned, etc, post your progress reports! It's a good reminder that progress isn't perfectly linear- you can have ups and downs and still be successful. Plus, data is just fun to look at.

I'm totally on board with this! Weighing daily really helps me trust the process, even when the scale does crazy stuff.20

Does anyone know how to post graphs off Garmin Connect? I've got tons of activity data on their going back about three years.
If at first you don't succeed try 5 more times. 3 years of weight data: https://trendweight.com/u/4a970e82d7194a/
This time around, 6 months:

What a short fatloss, long maintenance, short fatloss, and finally, bulk/cut cycles looks like over a few years:

It looks like the more I crank up my burn, the more likely I am to take a longer break shortly after. But I am gradually keeping it higher than before.

You can see diet fatigue set in around the end of September, maintenance end of December an up tick end of Jan which I knew was happening. I'm back on track now though!!

This is almost 2 years of "maintenance", I've manged to stay within about 5 lbs of my goal weight. I really have to stay at it (logging, being mindful) or my weight creeps up.5

Fun idea! I do a cheat day once a week, so my graph is pretty spike-y. I'm so impressed with everyone's progress!
