I workout for usually around an hour. I sweat gallons my face looks like a tomato. I usually cool down for around 10 minutes, but around an hour after my workout, I am absolutely freezing cold! Like even if the heating is on! Do I need to cool down better? Any tips??

No idea, but one guess is that your skin's blood vessels are dilating too much, which would explain the flushing and feeling cold. Do you have any known medical issues? Do you take any medications or supplements?0

Take off your sweaty clothes and take A warm shower. Do your fingers or toes turn white or purple? Look up Reynauds syndrome.0

Lots of us have or have had this issue, if you search you should be able to find some previous threads which discuss the topic. I remember one in particular that a lot of people responded too.0
