Sole tt8/s77 treadmill thoughts

Local Costco sells the s77 at a reasonable price. Looks to be comparable to the tt8 model. I do mostly 5 and 10k runs (upwards of 9mph pace) and am looking for a quality treadmill for home. Is this a good model to consider?
