A new start a new beggining

I am on day 3 of my journey and i am really feeling so good about this fresh start! I ride my stationary bicycle each morning im up to 40 minutes followed by 15 minutes of arobic exercises i'm finally learning to watch my calories and portion size for the first time in my life using my fitness pal is a saving grace keeping track of all i eat drink and exercise its great! I am trying to stay focused and motivated through the grace of God!!!
