Hi everyone! I'm back after a couple years of divorce and binge drinking. I put on 30 pounds and I feel just awful. I have tried a bunch of different ways to lose weight but nothing ever works like tracking my food. Sticking to the 1200-1500 calories has really worked for me in the past and I'm desperate to get my life and self esteem back. Id love to make some friends on here for motivation.
