    I lose 12 pounds in 12 weeks due to a caloric deficit, not a fad workout. With zero cardio included. Since a caloric deficit is the only way to reduce body fat, are you stating you've been in a daily deficit of 3500 calories for the last 2 weeks? Also have you accounted for loss of water weight, weight fluctuations, and possibly reduced food in your body?

    And a substantial calorie deficit... and a lot of water weight loss...
