New to this app

Hello everyone, I just started using this app yesterday and I'm loving it so far! I started my fitness journey 10 months ago I was 170 now I am down to 148 looking to cut down a little more for summer and then starting after summer focus on building muscle all of next year. Its been a slow process which takes time and commitment but it's all worth it in the end. Feel free to add me love motivating people and just helping people with their goals.
