Motivational friends?

Hey,
Not exactly new to MFP but I never seem to stick to it for some reason. I have previously lost 5 and a half stone, wrote every calorie I ate down and found that worked for me. Yet now I don't have to do it on paper and there's an app for it, I can't seem to stick to it for longer than a few weeks :S
Anyways, I regained that five and a half stone (and then some) and now is the time to get back down to what I was. I'm miserable and on self destruct but I need someone to make me stick at it or just someone who can motivate me and vice versa. So if anyone wants to add me then please feel free, let's help each other get to where we need to be
