I'm thinking so buy a Fitbit watch to control my diet and heath. I'm not sure about this product and never had one but those who already use it maybe can give me details if it's worthy or not. I only want to lose 4kg and after maintain my weight which is kinda hard being a chocolate lover. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Have you tried one on ? The one I was given is quite chunky. I'm not sure it's any better than the Fitbit One I usually use.
They're handy to track steps and put a number on your activity calories rather than guessing an activity level on MFP.0
