So I've posted here before a few months back so here's a little update...
Since January of 2016 have managed to lose 124lbs going from 300lbs to 176lbs, I've gone from a XXL/XXXL shirt to a Medium, I've dropped 20 inch sizes to a 36 inch waist.
It's crazy how things can change so quickly, I've got an image below showing what's happened since October to now, and I'm getting there now, my next goal is to weigh 175lbs which I'm super close to, I have given till the end of March to do it, so fingers crossed!
Thanks for all the kind words and support from everyone so far!

You're my hero! I was 300 lbs when I started making lifestyle changes on 1/3/17 and am also aiming to get down to around 170. This morning I was about 284. It's super cool to see what is (hopefully) a year into my future!3

Always amazing to see your updates! My original goal was to lose 100 pounds. Now that I am more than halfway to goal, I am hoping to lose half my starting weight which would be 121 pounds. Seeing your journey, makes me believe that my goals are indeed attainable with a whole lot of commitment, dedication and determination. Thanks for the inspiration and congrats on almost hitting your GW!1
