Logging meals???

Sorry, this is a little off topic of the thread but I didn't know where else to post this...
How do I go about counting calories in my meals? I always have a hard time logging around dinner time and sometimes just don't because I have no way of telling how much beans and onion I may have gotten in a bowl of chili. Any good work for you guys??

Good advice, I'll try out one of those things! Most of my meals are homemade!0

The recipe builder is a must use tool if you do your own cooking. Once you use out a couple times it is really easy to use and takes just a few extra seconds. I couldn't imagine trying to track without it!0
