Any low sugar snack ideas for when you have a sweet tooth ??

I add it to tea, yogurt and oatmeal. I may also add fruit.

Also try coring an apple and filling the core with walnut pieces and about teaspoon each of cinnamon and this product. Microwave until soft.

Raisins or any dried fruit. They are high calorie though so watch your portions.
