Average Daily Steps

How many steps per day is your goal....and how many do you usually accomplish? I'd lik to start with 5k but only been 3500. Ideally 10k or more

    According to Fitbit my average is 13k a day

    The important thing is to start where you are and improve. If you currently get 3500 regularly, set your goal at 4000, until you are doing that consistently, then move up to 5000, etc.

    My current goal is 8k, but my average is a bit higher. I don't set my goal at 10k anymore because I almost always end up hurting my back if I push to do that on top of everything else. I use Google Fit and don't have my phone on me when I dance or do some other exercises.
