Hi, I hope to lose 2 stone
I started to go to the gym in November to try to help with joint pain and that has gone which is amazing. I now love going and doing different exercise unfortunately I have only lost 6lb but have lost inches going from a large uk 14 to a size 12. Although some shops the the size 12 is a few lbs away.
I hope the app will help get over my small weight loss and since tracking my calories I think although I eat very healthy food I was probably eating to much.
I'd say I an active person. I have 4 children which keep me on my toes. I easily do my 10,000 steps a day and I go to the gym 5 days a week. I do a mixture of exercises including spin x2 Bodypump x3 and yoga then maybe kettlebells, circuits, body attack or sh'bam.
I'm allergic to sugar which means I find it easy to avoid sweet things but didn't completely stop consuming sugar until November.
I'm 44 in May and wanted to be fit and strong
