Trying to keep my fats down

Options
So, I have my protein up, my carbs down, but I keep going too high in my fats.
I'm gonna try to cut my BPC and see if that helps.
How do others keep their fats down? What won't you eat?

Are you aiming for low carb? If so, you're going high fat.
Are you aiming for weightloss? If so, you just have to track calories.
    What's BPC?

I eat anything I want and make sure I get plenty of fat. Eating like that made weight loss and maintenance almost effortless, an life generally much better.

BPC = bullet-proof-coffee, usually coffee with coconut oil/butter/heavy whipping cream/etc added to up one's fat intake.

I would ask why are you trying to lower your fats? Is it a medical reason or a total-calorie issue?

We need more information. What are your macros now? What are you eating? What is your calorie target? Why do you want to cut fats? Etc.

Seems eliminating BPC is a great start. Why did you add it?

I eat moderate carbs/fat/protein so I don't have to cut anything out. If you're low carb you need to be higher fat and protein.

Why would you keep your fats down? They're essential to normal body functions and are awesome for getting enough calories
