Running out of calories

Dinner to go and only 282 cals left. Help

    Be willing to not take the full assigned deficit today. Let it go.

    Some deficit still is better than nothing.
    Which 1 day a week of nothing is still better than no days a week.

    And besides - you might have taken a bigger deficit than is reasonable anyway - body may need that food/calories.

    Exactly. Go for a walk or quick jog, or do some yoga flows for 15 minutes before bed. Just got to up your calorie bank for the day enough to have a satisfying but healthy dinner!

    Good luck, and if you go over don't worry. Going a little over isn't what really hits you. It's the 1k and 2k over the limit days that cause the real problems, and with a small healthy dinner you'll be nowhere near that.

    Eat dinner. Some days will go over and others you will be way under, every day is different. As others have said get up and exercise if you can.

    Or eat this -
    4 oz of baked skinless boneless chicken breast = about 125 calories
    3 oz of steamed veggies = about 45 calories

    Boom! Dinner is served.
