No routine in my life is making things hard

I need to get in eating routine but it's hard. I eat for comfort as well as for energy. If I didn't exercise I'd of put on weight. At minute I'm maintaining it but I really want my excess gone. I don't need a lot off. Thing is with me I risk going to skinny if I over do it. I have surgery coming up in few months which means I'll be on liquid diet for some time after while my jaw heals so I'll end up living off shakes, juices smoothies etc.., so I'll lose something then. Maybe I should just carry on as I am and do my best then focus on a permanent regime after surgery
