Hello all my name is Pete and just wanted to say this app is nuts. I'm 201 looking to get down to 155. I driver for a living so I usually go with omad (one meal a day). The reason for this is I'm in a sitting position most of the day and it seems when I eat throughout the day I feel sluggish and tired. Omad plus this app helps me track my macs. Weekends I tend to spread it out a bit.

I have a sitting down job as well, and HATE it. I keep my calories well under 1300 and workout almost everyday. My weekends I consume a bit more calories, however I still keep track of them.
I try not to snack, however that is hard when I eat out of boredom. But, I do try to control it.
At work now and watching TV, and sitting here bored.0
