20 Week Cut! Looking for like-minded friends for support!

Just a quick bit about me- I'm female, 205 lbs, 33% body fat. I love working out. I've maintained a 100 lb weight loss for about 8 years. I became a group fitness instructor this year for a class I'm very passionate about.
I've been currently at 205 for quite a long time, yet I've dropped 6% body fat and recomped quite a bit since becoming an instructor for Les Mills BodyCombat at my gym (MMA inspired. Cardio focus, but also full body integrated training, floor work, etc mixed throughout.) I also enjoy lifting (full body) a couple times per week.
What I'm looking to achieve is to lose 20 lbs of fat (while retaining as much lean mass as I can) in 20 weeks between Feb 20- July 10! I just need to tighten the reins on my diet so that I can maximize the results on my hard work in the gym.
I'm looking for some friends for both support and accountability!

Count me in on both! Fitbit and losing weight. I'd like drop 30lbs. My problem is eating. Shocker, right?
I can tell you counting calories doesn't work! I ate a Krispy Kreme and still under my calorie goal intake. Guess I don't have to tell the scale didn't go down. Lol0
