Hit a plateau

I started my weightloss journey Dec 28th 2016. I'm down 17.2 lbs but I fluctuate between 14 lbs lost and 17.2...it's been this way over 2.5 weeks. I'm trying to change up my exercise. Any ideas?

Sometimes mixing up your exercise activities can help.0

A "stall". Not uncommon, but first thing you need to look at is upping your intensity of your exercise if you're doing any. The body is efficient at adapting and if the exercise seems easier, then increasing intensity not only burns more calories, but helps to keep your BMR from going down.

Congrats! That is a great accomplishment! I was at a plateau for over 3 weeks! I switched up my eating a bit and began Intermittent Fasting about 3 times a week but stuck with my exercise plan because I like it. My workouts are 5 to 6 times a week, a combo of weight training with cardio. I also upped my water intake each day. Make sure you are weighing all of your food too.0
