Men and pants

Guess this is a tips and whinge thread for men

Personally, I carry virtually all my weight above my belt. When 295 I was wearing the same 42 waist jeans as now, after losing ~25lbs. They are still tight after a wash, but lose by afternoon. I can slide them off without unbuttoning at the end of the day.

I look forward to dropping pant sizes, but it may be several months down the road, after I've lost more belly.

One trick I use is wearing suspenders, they keep my pants up as they stretch. I put them on over a t-shirt and under an outer shirt (untucked).

I like the kind that slip under the belt, not clip-on and they don't require adding buttons to your pants. I'd go for the button kind if I dressed up for work.
