Am I eating the right variety of "stuff"?

It seems that most people get bored eating the same stuff over and over... often seeking "new" recipes to try to add different things to their diet plan... or different ways to prepare the same old chicken.
I am not one of those people. I LIKE consistency. It makes grocery shopping easy.
Little by little, I've stopped my daily Tombstone pizzas... my bags of Doritos... my diet pepsi. Now, I eat lots of chicken breast that I make myself in a slow cooker. Fresh fruits are plentiful (apples, bananas, and frozen blueberries daily). I buy bags of raw carrot/broccoli/cauliflower mixes as my go-to fillers. Light and Fit Whole Grain bread for sandwiches. Skim or 1% milk daily, and lowfat or fat-free cheese most days. I take a multi-vitamin as well as a D supplement, plus prescribed cholesterol and triglyceride meds. (Weight loss and exercise so far has gotten me off blood pressure meds - yea!). I'm losing weight at the 0.5 - 1.0 #/wk.
I'd like to find a good way to have someone look at the variety I eat (using the handy reports available with MFP) to let me know if there is some nutrient that I am oblivious to? Are there natural nutrients that I am just getting way too much of? Is it ok to get too much of "X" as long as I feel energized, or it's fine to be under on "Y" as long as I my sleep patterns are good? I hope I'm making a little sense.
In short, a check to give further direction to the changes I've been making.
It might take me some time to get where I'm going, but it's time to see if I need a little course correction.
