Oaatmeal

I eat oatmeal almost every morning with a few walnuts and raisins. Is that too many carbs?

    Short answer: Too much for what?
    Slightly longer answer: That would depend on your carb goals; on whether there's any rational reason for your carb goals; on the amount of oatmeal, walnuts, and raisins you're eating; and perhaps on whether you have a specific carb allocation goal for the morning and whether there's any rational reason for that allocation goal.

    yum! i eat it everyday too. I add a whole chopped apple to mine and cook that down a bit.
