Greetings all. I'm new to the site. Actually, I stumbled across it while fiddling with my FitBit I just got.

Long story short, I've been fat all my life and never really made a full on commitment to change. Sure, I would get "inspired" for a month or so and try to lose weight and eat right. I might even lose a few pounds too then somewhere along the way I find myself inhaling Reese's peanut butter cups and I know I'm back where I've started from.

But now, I'm getting on years and my joints are aching plus I have a family history diabetes and heart disease. So yeah, I need a change. Still, I kinda screwed up on my New Year's Resolution and January was a bust. February is looking up though.

I've joined Orange Theory and have taken 6 classes so far and it has been HARD. I seriously thought I was going to have a heart attack during two of my classes or at least puke so after about twenty minutes I threw in the towel. My performance during the other four were kinda meh but that's okay. I expect to suck for a long time. I'm going to keep at it for three months and see if I want to continue.

On the days I don't go to Orange Theory classes I just follow allow this 12 week fitness program I got off Body Building (dot) com. I'm two weeks in. I'm not really seeing any results so far. I'm hoping it's just buried underneath all the fat somewhere, maybe. I've felt around (lol that sounds dirty) and notice some firmness in the saggy wings of my underarms. Yay for triceps and progress. I'm going to take a progress picture for a definitive answer.

Anyway, thanks for sticking out the post to the end. Glad to make everyone. I'll be lurking around periodically.
