Nutritional goals

I have bee nwatching some of nutritional goals and I am not getting close to some of my numbers is that a big concern?

    Ask your doctor what you should be concerned about.

    For most people (dieters), importance of nutritional goals fall into this order:
    Calories - don't go over.
    Protein - don't go under.

    Are you refering to macros or micros?
    With macros there are many different combinations that work for weight loss. Make sure you get enough protein (body weight in pounds x .83 is your protein needed in grams roughly) and play around with the other two to see what works best for what you can stick with and what is effective for weight loss.
    With your micros remember that some of the information is not available on food packaging and may not be entered into the app database. You are probably consuming more than you think with some of them.
    If you are concerned talk to your doctor.
