Heyo! I've been on and off of this for a few months, trying to change my lifestyle. Overall, I'm attempting to keep a consistent workout routine (lifting and cardio), while eating as cleanly as I can. I find that it's hard for me to keep this up as I'm a fulltime student with a job and many other responsibilities. I'm looking for friends to share tips, tricks, and lots of support. Pls add or send a message-- we're all in this together.

    Hello katwen! New here myself. I've been around the block enough times to know that life gets in the way of healthy habits. The only hint I have to offer right now is to get a small note pad and pen and track every bite you eat. It's hard to imagine how much junk we stick in our mouths in a days time. Being a full time student, you should be well practiced at note taking.
