30 Day Shred and Yoga Meltdown

I am currently doing 30DS and have done 7 days total. They were somewhat spread out though because of a hectic schedule. Things should be a lot calmer now, so I plan to do everyday. I am a teacher and just finished summer school, so I have off for the next 6 weeks. I figured I would really work on getting fit while I have all this time and wanted to try working out twice a day. I am thinking of doing 30DS and either Yoga Meltdown or Extreme Shed and Shred, one in the morning and one in the evening. Has anyone doubled up like this? I heard YM really helps to tone, so I'm leaning towards that one. Any thoughts?

    I didn't double up on my 30 day Shred but I averaged about 5 days a week. When I had finished 30 days of shredding (which was more like 40 actual days) I was only down 3 lbs but a WHOOPING 10.5 inches! It's a great workout and truly SHREDS you.
