Logging food and Morning sickness?

Morning MFP, I'm currently 6.5 months pregnant and eating exactly what the doctor has said is good in the amounts appropriate for me at the moment. The problem I am running into right now, is my morning sickness is still here, which means logging the food I'm eating is becoming more difficult. How am I to know what to log if I throw some of it up later? I have no control over the morning sickness, and there are days I'm not sick at all (I LOVE THOSE DAYS) but there are other days where I can't keep breakfast down, or lunch, usually after 2pm I'm alright. So.. I guess my question is, what do I log if I don't know how much I'm bringing back up?

Oh man, that's so rough! I'm sorry.

If you're gaining at a rate that your provider deems appropriate, I would just log what I ate, and not worry about what makes its way back out. The body is interesting during pregnancy - if you're missing a nutrient or calories, it will tell you loud and clear.

Oh it is rough! Thank you, and the body is certainly changing and doing it's own thing to make sure baby is healthy and happy (which she is thankfully so far lol) Ham is something that doesn't agree with me currently, body has told me MULTIPLE times loud and clear, if only we as human beings were smart enough to listen the first time you know? I was like "Hmm, no it might be something else, let me make this deli ham sandwich and eat with my daughter." Nope, not even an hour later I was sick as a dog -_- so, you are right in the respect that the body knows what it needs and doesn't like! Thank you, I'll just keep logging and make a note to drink more water on the days I am sick since we lose all our water that way!
