Obese - No more excuses!

Does anyone else feel like all you say to yourself is 'I'll start over tomorrow' or 'I'll start monday'

I feel like this has been my mantra for the past year.

I had a huge 3 stone weightloss but over last year I gained 2.8 stone back due to surgeries and time off work. I've used these excuses as a way to not get back on track, as an excuse to feel sorry for myself and comfort eat.

It's took me 4 weeks to liseb7lbs and I'm really happy. I've felt myself slipping again this past week but I'm determined to get back on it.

I am 16.1 and want to be 13.7 by December so that's 36lbs in 42 weeks. I know it's achievable. I just need to stay focused and keep my motivation. If I keep saying that I'll star Monday and don't, the year will just fly by and I won't have changed.

Any advice is much appreciated x
