Hi everyone!

I just started on Sunday and I'm loving this site! How handy to create your own foods and be able to track everything. I have a whopping 40 lbs to lose but am focusing on one pound at a time. I'm walking and will be starting pilates on March 7. I can't wait for that. I find that tracking my calories is really the only way I can lose. It's too easy to "forget" what I've eaten.

I'm from the SF Bay Area, 57, and am a passionate photographer. Maybe some day I'll have an awesome before and after pic of myself!

    Hi Laura! Congrats on getting started!! I have had such success with logging my food, it has made ALL the difference for me in dropping excess pounds and eating a ton healthier! I hope you have wonderful success. Keep us posted!
