Choosing a lifestyle

I work as a CNA in an assisted living. I'm on my feet at least 6 hours a day, typically walking around. But I do not work every day(about 4 days a week), and I tend to only work out two times a week. I'm not sure if the 'active' lifestyle fits..any help?

I'd start with lightly active just to create a baseline. You're probably closer to "active" ... so if you find that you need to adjust it after a few weeks, then go ahead and do it.
The reason why I say this is when I first started, I was lightly active (even though I sit at a desk all day). But over time, I've become more fit through my workouts, and thus have had to change my lifestyle activity profile to "active" and now "very active" in order to provide me with better accurate estimations.0
