Any tips and tricks for a mother of a preschooler and exclusively breastfed 5 month old. I can't consume less than 1500 cal due to losing milk supply... can i get some tips of what other moms do and eat to get an adequate amount and still lose weight? Thanks!!

I'm breast feeding too! I'm taking a low carb approach. I have lots and lots of calories (don't count) but most of these are fat and protein. Then I have as little carb as I possible. After a week or so, once the low carb flu feeling is passed, then the carb cravings dissappear and I get weight loss (2lb per week approximately) with unrestricted calories.
Did this with my first. Lost a stone in 2 months and without exercise (who has the time???!!) started again now that my second is eight weeks. We'll see...0
