When did people actually start noticing your weight lose? How many weeks or lb/kg in. Not to sound conceited but i can't wait for people to say "wow, you've lost weight". My weight lose effort is for me essentially but it'll still be nice to hear:-)

For me it was at 25 pounds lost (about 4.5-5 months). But after that first wave I was pretty much over hearing that from people.

At the 20lbs lost mark, others noticed my weight loss. It's different for everyone, though.

Much of this will depend on how much weight you have to lose. If you have a lot of weight to lose, it'll likely be awhile. It will also depend on where the weight comes off first. I lost a total of 40 Lbs and the first 20 were barely noticeable because most of it was in my extremities. Also, it was a pretty gradual process so the people I saw everyday never really saw anything drastic...not that many people commented in general, but the one's who did tended to be friends or family that I only saw every once in awhile.

Nobody really said anything until my face started thinning out...and even then, not that many people said anything at all. Keep in mind that talking about one's weight even if it's a compliment is rather taboo. A lot of people don't interpret, "hey...you look great...looks like you lost some weight" as a compliment...rather, they hear, "Hey...you used to look like a fat POS." There are as many threads here about that very thing as there are threads with people wondering when people will notice. A lot of people will notice and never say a word.

Thank u, only new here and haven't probably browsed enough to see other threads. I have 27kg/59lb to lose. Lost 5 so far. I can feel it so that's what matters.
