RAW Meal supplement

Has anyone done the Raw Meal Supplement with a rigorous cardio and strength routine?
I work out 6 days a week , 5 days heavy cardio with Three days strength ( weights , pilates , yoga )
Ive had the supplement for about a week and so far ive only replaced my lunches with it...has anyone seen results using this product or am i wasting my time and money?
