Calorie conscious white bread

Options
What are your favourite white bread products that are lighter in calories? I found some pitas I really like, and some ok sandwich thins. I like the Ezekiel bread just fine but sometimes I just really want a big old white roll without budgeting elsewhere so much. Curious what's out there that I don't know about yet!

If you can find it and fit it in your budget, weight watchers bread is low calorie. I'm not on ww and never was, but I liked it when I could find it. Now I go for sandwich thins, I find them to be the best bet for me.

Low carb - filling - tasty - easy to make - 152 cals per "bread"

My go to for bread because it keeps me fuller than store made bread. I am all about food that keeps me fuller for longer, and these are dead easy to make (Just make sure the egg whites are properly whipped)

I've tried the Sara Lee breads but not the WW, I'll look for those.

I've actually made those "cloud bread" things before and mine turned out very light with almost no substance. I could give it another go.

When I want a sandwich, I buy this brand (35 calories a slice)

Just discovered 60 calories tortillas, which tasted so delicious tonight!

Schmidt 647. 40 calories and the slices are thicker than Sara Lee and Nature's Harvest. Tastes great and makes a good sammich.

Except that its not any lower in calories than a regular slice of bread. These are just tiny TINY slices. Two weight in at 40g for 70cal which is a what pretty much any other "real" bread slice would be calories and weight.

They aren't tiny, they're just a little "lighter" than regular slices. Most days I'd rather spend the 70 calories for two slices of bread for my sandwich and use the calories I save for some mayo, instead of doing two slices of regular white bread for around 140 calories. :)

I make my own now, lol. Seriously, if I want bread and I'm going to spend calories on it, it better be good. Otherwise I'd rather have a low carb wrap or something.
