Take it slow, you should be able to talk but not sing. Some people control their breath so they breath in/out on a certain foot to help control it, doesn't really help me but if you find yourself huffing and puffing uncontrollably it might give you something to aim for.1

in through your nose and out through your mouth? do yoga it will help you get breathing patterns down that can help with running0
