Hi fit familia im Dc from fla ! i love kettlebell long walks on the beach strong expresso anything with avcados and rice !! Pretty much hate running but recently completed my 2nd 5 k race wasnt to bad actually signed up for a few more ! Lol add me if you want!! Have a great day !!
