What if you could get these data

Ok guys what if you had a wristband/bracelet that could give you many parameters such as blood pressure, ECG, heart rate, breath rate, mood/energy, steps, hearth check, sleep time(also deep sleep) and the amount of glucose in the blood , what application would you like to have that would use these data.
It can be anything, such as diet schedule or fitness or something made more for medical use.
Let's debate.

Hmmm I am more thinking implants for the future that monitors those data, plus your hormone levels, stress level etc, and syncs with your overall health app that is on cloud. It will suggest making doctors appointments, will ask you to avoid certain foods that shows a disturbance in your body. Nano tech is the future. For now fitbit does well though1 -
Unless you can make the bracelet without using nickel and having it break off at any sort of wrist movement, I'll pass.0

How would a bracelet check my heart?? (assuming 'hearth' is a typo and should have been 'heart')0

I wouldn't pay $200 for a bracelet that tells me if I'm happy or sad. I already know the answer for free.
I'd pay for a power meter for Nordic skiing, though.0 -
Research. This could be a great tool to mimic clinical trials on non-FDA approved supplements. For example, I spent a couple of years trying to manage my blood pressure with diet and supplements. Because that required me to taper off of my prescriptions, I monitored my blood pressure several times a day. The bracelet cuff I used at the time was quite large. However, it was not as accurate as the arm cuff used by professionals, so I'm skeptical of the accuracy of anything smaller. I eventually moved to a manual arm cuff because the accuracy of the electronic wrist one just wasn't consistent.
Blood ox and respiration would be interesting to make a bigger picture of fitness, stress, and workout effectiveness.

I think it would be great for medical uses if it could be accurate enough. I know people who've had to get fitted out with portable heart monitors because of suspected arythmias/heart conditions. I don't think there is a way to measure mood...though..so no use for mental conditions except maybe you could track extremes like panic attacks. So anyway, micro technology into a watch size thingy would be great for medical uses.
I wonder if they could adapt it to be a lie detector and strap them on people who testify in court...wouldn't that be cool? Kinda scary, but cool scary. That would be a black mirror episode right there.
I don't think I'd use something like that for fitness/personal use.

For the average person, the data would be most useful for researchers looking a populations and perhaps precursors to more serious issues.
However if have a current issue, say like a diabetic, the implant can give you a phone alarm before you crash. I know a guy who has one and it's immensely helpful in keeping his levels within safe parameters. He can also graph his trend throughout the day, it's much better than periodic point testing.0
