Hi Everyone - my name is Lauren and I recently took a long hiatus from my path of health including my fitness pal. I started back up on the health kick in september (may or may not be related to the new diamond ring I found on my finger) lol but I've lost about 30 pounds. I was using livestrong food tracker but since I'll be working with a coach now, I've switched back to my fitness pal. This is the first time I've really put an emphasis on strength training as well as focusing on macro in take. I've become completely addicted to the results and am motivated more than ever to keep working towards being the best version of me. Wishing the best of luck to everyone on their goals!
