Are any of y'all focusing on fitness without tracking food?

I'm trying my hand at it after a lot of successful tracking followed by a lot of struggle tracking followed by a realization that I need to find some food balance. I wouldn't mind connecting with others who can relate.

    I haven't tracked (outside of a day here or there, just as a sanity check) in months - maybe a year. I'm not so much focused on "fitness," as I am getting stronger, without gaining a bunch of weight. In turn, yeah, I guess there is some fitness involved.
