Short Term Goals. Anyone else do this?

I've been actively on this health/fitness lifestyle for 10 years now. One thing I've found to help me as far as keeping motivation is setting REALISTIC short term goals. Doesn't always have to be a certain weight but could be a size or measurement.

For example, I'm leaving for Italy in three months. Im aiming to lose 20lbs by then. What are your short term goals?

    I always have a goal. My current one is to build my endurance whilst running. I'm four weeks in to a twelve week program.

    I always work better with a goal in mind! I want to lose 23ib by july but ive broke it all down into what i aim to loose per month! Same with my fitness! Ive just started running so one run i do speed and the other i do distance, small steps! Good luck with your 20ibs
