Howdy

Hello.
New to MFP! 28yr old female from the UK!

I've unfortunately had my weight gradually shoot up in these past few years (I tend to snack on all the bad things!) but more so within the past month & a bit ..not only from leaving my job but I was put on some medication who's side effects of "Weight Gain & Increased Appetite" hit me hard. Being weened off them now but thought to myself "I could really do with losing weight in general" (& quitting smoking but that's something else allll together) soooo here I am!
I would really appreciate supportive friends here if anyone is willing?! I'm rather clueless about how to loose weight in a healthy way (I've negatively lost weight in the past, history of eating disorders here) it's a tad confusing for stupid me ;) I mean I've logged what I've already eaten/drank today and I have two in the minuses already :S Didn't expect that .. & I just know I'll need a kick on the butt to push me.
I'm going to be starting DDP Yoga today or tomorrow, depends when I get paid. Huge newbie fan of Yoga! Just completed a 30 day Yoga challenge so keen to meet people with the interest too :D

So yeah, I've wrote too much as per usual buuuut there we have it. This community looks lovely & I look forward to this journey of health and happiness :)
